- carried out official correspondence and phone coordination about the progress of loading and unloading operations, customs, fees and regulations in ports with ship-owners, charterers and other interested parties; - rendered port agency service for sea-going vessels in foreign and short sea navigation in Odessa port; - handled all ship-owners / charterers applications / requests; - negotiated with ship-owners, charterers and partners on all emerging issues; - round the clock on urgent basis was solving all arising questions / disputed moments to mutual benefit (absence of idle time in the loading operations, minimization of expenses in the port, reduction of time wasted for formalities); - was solving all issues with authorities and third-party organizations involved in marine agency activities; - prepared a preliminary and final disbursement accounts; - carried out the administrative management of the agency and perform duties of the director during his absence.
